NSI has an active commitment to The Principles of the UN Global Compact to address critical issues in our supply chains regarding human rights, labor, environment & corruption and share those with our suppliers with the expectation that our suppliers will meet them. We have established a commitment to making these principles part of our strategy, culture and the day-to-day operations of our company. Our aim is to engage in collaborative relationships with our suppliers and customers to advance these principles which contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

We require our suppliers to commit to the principles of the UN Global Compact and the standards outlined in our Supplier Code of Conduct regarding human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption. Recognizing the different laws, customs, and economic conditions that impact business practices around the world, the values reflected through our sourcing standards are universal and serve as the foundation for relationships between NSI and its suppliers.

In the beginning stages of our sustainability journey, we are striving towards reducing our footprint and minimizing the environmental and socio-economic burdens of our products through all stages of the product value chain by adopting a life cycle management approach. By doing so, we aim to increase our supply chain transparency and collaborate with suppliers, farmers, packaging producers, product transport providers, and retailers to drive sustainable transformation.

PLANET

In line with our company mission, NSI responsibly sources and develops all products in order to meet international nutrition science and public health recommendations. With that, we have defined specific cut-off values for health sensitive nutritional factors and implemented a nutritional profiling system into our new product development strategy. Our goal is to offer products that have proven superiority in taste, nutritional value, quality, and innovation at a price that makes our products accessible and affordable.
