The Camu Camu is one of the fruits with the highest amount of Vitamin C, with about 60 times more vitamin C than an orange. Shaped as a red-pink cherry, it is a low-growing shrub found in Peru and Brazil that is highly resistant to floods. As the Acai berry, the Camu Camu berry needs to be harvested with great care and must be quickly frozen to maintain its nutrients at their best.
