    Ingredients

    • 16 oz Fresh Raspberries
    • 1 1/2 cups Coconut Milk
    • 1/4 cup Honey
    • 1 Vanilla Bean
    • 3/4 tsp grated Lime Zest
    • 1/2 cup Chia Seeds

    Preparation

    1. In a blender combine raspberries, coconut milk, vanilla, lime zest, and honey. Blend until smooth. Sweeten to taste.
    2. Pour contents of blender into a bowl and top with Chia seeds. Fold mixture, cover and allow mixture to sit in the refrigerator so flavors can marry.
    3. In 4 hrs check consistency. If too thick whisk in more coconut milk.
    4. Remove and enjoy.
