At NSI, we strive to provide the safest and highest quality products available and comply with the CFR Title 21 Food Safety and Labeling Laws.
Food safety is our main concern and making sure that our products are handled, prepared, and stored to prevent foodborne illnesses. Food safety considerations include the origins of food and practices related to labeling, food hygiene, guidelines for the management of governmental import and export inspections, and certifications for foods. On top of that, it’s more than having products certified. It’s also being involved in every step of the process, from growing the ingredients to delivering our products to our customers. We want to be sure that everyone who receives our products are getting the best available.
For individuals with conditions of Celiac Disease, we are developing gluten-free certifications for our products and encourage you to offer these to your consumers.
Our facilities have the following food safety procedures and certifications:
- HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)
- GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) with food safety management scheme such as SQF, BRC, FSSC and IFS.
