Our Freeze Dried Raspberries are available as Organic or Non-GMO varieties. They are crunchy and very tasty, ideal as a snack. The only thing taken out of our Raspberries through the freeze drying process is water. No sugar added. The Freeze Drying process also preserves all the nutrients.

    Our Raspberries, sourced in South America and Europe, contain vitamin C, A and E. Our whole Raspberries are cleaned, displayed on trays and quickly frozen in order be ready for the freeze-drying process. Their intense flavor is coming directly from the fresh fruit. This crunchy healthy snack has no sugar added which makes it great for all! It can also be used as a topping to yogurts, cereals, ice creams and other recipes.

    > About the Freeze Drying Process
    Freeze drying also known as Lyophilisation, is considered as the high-end process of dehydration. The fruit is placed in a refrigerated vacuum system. By lowering the temperature as low as 109°F in the tunnel, a sublimation reaction happens where up to 98% of the water evaporates. The process is slow and depending on the products takes between 12 and 30 hours. The freeze-dried fruit retains perfectly the color, aromatic flavor and nutritional values better than any other drying process.

    A 100 gram serving of raspberries contain 32% of daily required vitamin C and manganese. Other nutrients in quantities of 3-8% include: Thiamine, Riboflavin, niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Vitamin B6, Folate, Choline, Vitamin E, vitamin K, Calcium, and Iron. Raspberries also contain high amounts of anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory phytonutrients.

  • Raspberry Pudding

    Ingredients

    16 oz Fresh hulled raspberries

    1/1/2 cups Coconut Milk

    1/4 cup Honey

    1 Vanilla Bean

    3/4 tsp grated Lime Zest

    In a blender combine

    Preparation

    1. In a blender combine raspberries, coconut milk, vanilla, lime zest, and honey. Blend until smooth. Sweeten to taste.
    2. Pour contents of blender into a bowl. Fold mixture, cover and allow mixture to sit in the refrigerator so flavors can marry.
    3. In 4 hrs check consistency. If too thick whisk in more coconut milk.
    4. Remove and enjoy.
