    Ingredients

    • 2 1/3 cups old-fashioned oats
    • 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
    • 2 large, ripe bananas
    • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
    • 1/2 cup chopped dried mango
    • 1 tbsp ground flax seed (or flax meal)
    • 3/4 tsp ground ginger
    • 1/4 tsp salt

    Preparation

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Lightly Toast the Oats and Hazelnuts.
    3. In a bowl, Combine banana and applesauce. Mix to a paste.
    4. In a bowl, combine Toasted Oats and Hazeluts with Flax Meal, Ginger and salt.
    5. Stir in banana paste and fold in Dry mixture.
    6. Oil a baking sheet.
    7. Transfer mixture into clusters on baking sheet.
    8. Bake for 20 minutes, and let cool.
    9. Refrigerate, served topped with dried mangos.

    In a blender combine
